I designed it myself though some of it is marked. The offset "cathedral windows" design are free handed over a grid of 1/4" squares...they require a lot of control so mine came out pretty wonky! Next time I'll make the grid a bit bigger. The Cross hatching was also a marked grid but I free motioned along the lines...using ruler would produce more precise lines...but I think it's not too bad!
Everything else is mostly free hand...the flower/sun pattern I created templates for and just filled it in with free hand quilting, and I drew lines to mark where I wanted the spine of my feathers to be and just filled those in free hand.
