You know, I think I wouldn't worry about it. I would just quilt it and pretend it was one of those wonky patterns that was very hard to do! It is a beautiful quilt top!

I wish I could do this but I'm far too anal. The bend in this beautiful little quilt would drive me crazy. So, like it or not, I'd rip out every seam and re sew it.
But whatever you decide to do will be right for you!
