This is my go to - it isn't too old fashioned for me (a lot of the quick ones are for me) and your focus fabric can really make it - here it is in Hawaiian prints...

I made it in Spiderman fabrics and it looked totally different. It goes together VERY quick. Caution though - not sure if they updated the pattern or not but the last two borders were not correct so don't cut those out right away to be on the safe side - or draw it out and do the math to make sure it's good to go.
