Hope everyone is doing good on their weight loss. I am doing much better then I expected to be doing. I have had 2 doctors appointments already this month and it has given me lots of incentive because I am proud of the progress I have made. It is still hard work.
Twice this week we have gone to Walmart to push around the heavy grocery cart plus one day pushing the grocery cart full of groceries. By the time grocery day was over, I thought I was going to die I was having so much pain in my feet and legs from the neuropothy.
