I have had two Ultimate ones and love them both. I am still using my 1997 Ultamate one. You will love working with APQS for any quistions and parts. My husband does all the repairs and they talk him through them on the phone. I recantly just got new wheels for my machine and if glides so smoothly that I had to learn how to quilt all over agine.
