I had the thread and backing so well matched I did not see the tension prob! 2 months later I'm still picking. I was just going to put a false back on it and decided I would be dead and not able to defend myself if someone took it apart and saw these horrible problems!!!!
Oh no!! I'm a good tension nut so I'll definitely spend some time making sure all is looking well - thanks for the tip about the blending thread!

I have had two Ultimate ones and love them both. I am still using my 1997 Ultamate one. You will love working with APQS for any quistions and parts. My husband does all the repairs and they talk him through them on the phone. I recantly just got new wheels for my machine and if glides so smoothly that I had to learn how to quilt all over agine. Oh I'm so glad to hear this. I'm really happy with the lady I'm buying this from, she's really kept it updated as much as one could without adding stitch regulation. I was really nervous about that too but after trying out a few stitch regulated machines I think I'm actually going to prefer manual mode over SR. I am so thrilled, thank you for your comments and input, I seriously cannot sleep now!! Just a few more days!
