i've always scanned into the computer----sized it on the computer- then printed the size i want- (the size i have it on the computer) that's the reason for scanning it-so you can size it- otherwise you could just print with out scan- it's easier though to just go to a copy shop- (sometimes)
but you should be able to size it on your computer.
