I get dressed every morning in slacks, top, and shoes and socks. Same winter and summer. Nice enough to go anywhere on the spur of the moment or have company drop in. I feel better when dressed, fix my hair and put on a little make up. When I'm cleaning or cooking I do what my grandmother did, put on a house duster (thin cotton short robe) over my clothes. Those are getting hard to find in the stores. My guild and workshop dress is just newer slacks and tops.
