I realize now I didn't make myself clear on the tip I posted a couple of days ago.........I'm sorry -- I forgot about visuals! Here is the original post:

Picture 1 is how I used to put my seams together. Works fine for most projects but if you're sewing strips, you may end up with a seam like picture #2 (sorry for blurry). If you move the top fabric over to the left a FRACTION, you will end up with nice seams.
This hint has NOTHING to do with where the needle position is located, nor with what foot you use. I have all kinds of feet and I have measured, etc. I would start out just fine, finish the seam, turn it over and have the bottom fabric off kilter because it "walked".
