If only that would work for paying taxes, getting large auto repairs done, paying off medical bills....
I use my iPod or hubby's iPad. I put on a movie or tv show, turn it face down so the room is dark, and listen until I fall asleep. There's enough to listen to that my brain is able to tune out all the things that make me anxious and sleepless, and I can relax enough to sleep. The occasional Benedryl doesn't hurt either.
