Default A#1 customer service from True Legends / Fun Fabrics

I had ordered a variety of cloth storybook panels to make some "books" for my toddler grandson. He gives those cloth books lots of "love" as only a toddler can.

One of the panels was missing an entire row (front / back and inside covers) and the cut edges were very sloppy and close to the pictures. It would have been very difficult to to make those pages' seams "toddler proof".

I called the customer service number and spoke to a very helpful fellow. I told him I would forward to him pictures of what I received. I sent those this morning with some very pointed comments about how whoever cut the panel was quite careless in that the cut edges looked more "chopped" than cut.

In less than two hours, I received an e-mail acknowledging my pictures and my disappointment. This was his reply:

"After looking at your pictures and our inventory,
I will send a complete panel to you at no charge, we do not need to get the short panel back, I not sure what you can do with it..make a short book? or throw it away :-) "

I just wanted to "get the word out" that Fun Fabrics is a good option when looking for an on-line fabric shop. Their customer service is A#1.
