That's the reason I wear my scissor snips on a necklace over my shoulders. I made

the necklace myself out of bright white and bright green glass beads with a group of faceted beads on one end for balance. Otherwise every time I got up from the sewing machine I would leave my scissors somewhere. And now when I look for them to start sewing that pile of shiny beads is easy to find.
