I am doing a similar chevron quilt, also doing one from triangles. When I am done, I will post both and a comparison between the two methods. The each have their advantages/disadvantages. Regardless of which way you do them, use plenty of starch! Especially with the rectangle method. When complete, your entire outside edge is bias. Mine is a little wavy, even with starch. Hoping it will "quilt out". Overall, I think I like the triangle method better.
