Just made it up...used 2 1/2" for 9-patches, 2 1/2" strips for the other...6 1/2" square. Just used any scraps I had that looked like it would go with the balloon fabric. Our guild donates to the pregnancy center & a couple other child places. It's not for fund raiser...just donations. I aim for between 12 to 18 donations each year. Mostly scrap quilts, like these. I love Judy's mystery trains...can't wait for the next one. See you there, I'm sure.
