Other than a lucky find somewhere or an old sewing machine shop with lots of goodies, the only place I've found for cases is:

The one I'm gonna buy to try is the:
Carrying Case, Flat Bed #P60218. It's got an adapter in it so it will work with the full or 3/4 size machines.
I have not yet found any source of decent wooden cases.
