What I did was to make another HST and I sewed it on top of the quilt with invisible thread using a hidden stitch, then the quilter quilted a little on top of it and now I can't even find the mistake. :D
I made one with 16 pinwheels and one of the pinwheels was done incorrectly. I quilted it, showed it at a quilt show and didn't notice it until it was posted for a year on my website.
