Be sure you have another job to go to if you do decide to go to them about this matter. They cant fire you for reporting them or inquiring if the calls are legal, but theres at least a thousand other reasons they could fire you. Just the fact that you questioned their policies and looked to an outside source they will view you as a liability.
I know this sounds harsh but thats how the corporate world works.
