I went to the JoAnn's website and found the PDF right away. Thanks, fran! I think this is the pattern except the maker of the one on Amazon omitted the legs and wings and added the button-wing embellishment.
edit: Plus some minor changes to beak placement, and head topper (can't recall the name of that offhand!).
