Laura, isn't it fun to use those old attachments? I love the fact that you are using the ruffler! I just found out how much fun the buttonhole attachments are!

I have seen those spring things Jan is talking about on my FW's. I would have assumed that your spring was something like the FW spool pin spring too. I learn something new all the time on here! Cathy is very knowledgeable about all the vintage sewing machines/attachments. I am very curious to hear whether that funny looking spring with the rubber foot does have a needle hole? If it is in fact a darning spring, I'd love to hear how well it works!
