Default Recognize these treadle legs?

Hubby and I just picked up a pair of legs that we thought looked cool. I have a few machines that need cabinets, he want's to build cabinets - but we need legs, so we thought this pair would fit the bill.

Never saw these before, and a search for "20th Century" combined with sewing machine and/or treadle brought up thousands of images ... but none matched.

Just wondering who they were ... if anyone has seen these before. The lettering looks art deco which gives me some idea of the period. I'll probably drop my 66 red eye in this one.

One more thing ... close inspection disclosed the wheel is on a ball bearing joint.
