Take a deep breath. It can be enjoyable. Invite her to help pick out the fabrics after she picks the pattern you will enjoy making. Then Invite her to help slect what order the shirts will go in the quilt. Invite her also to assist with making the quilt, either cutting, ironing, or sewing. May it a fun time for you and her too.
