Nancia, I've always been the bumbler and the stumbler, lol! Humble, me? Nope, you've got that right. I was much more humble before I went to work as an office manager at a Harley-Davidson dealership about 9 years ago. The only way to keep that many headstrong men in line is to match them and come back as needed, be one of the guys. Well, other than my crafts, I've always been one of the guys anyway, so it was easy.

I'm in the auto industry in a different brand now, and the only thing that's different is the clothes they wear. Thankfully I've worked at another lot owned by this auto group before, so a lot of the guys already know how I am and haven't gotten upset when I've had to push them over getting their deals in for month end the last few days. I sat in the finance office for about 20 minutes yesterday, daring the salesmen to even try to come in so I could get the last 4 deals he had. He for the hard part of what he had left done, then promised I'd have them before he went home, even though it was his wife's birthday. Sometimes you gotta crack the whip!
