I, too, hope it is only a rumor! I love to shop Walmart's fabric; it is certainly more economical than JoAnns, even with JoAnn's coupons, and as said above, they put so many of their fabrics on sale that you can rarely use a coupon, unless it is on their $9.99 to #12.99 a yard. Also, JoAnn's fat quarters are so thin you can practically see through them.
