I'm doing an underwater scene wall hanging, designing it myself. Here's a whale shark, next to the photo I used to come up with the drawing. This is the first time I've tried hand applique. I'm overall pleased, though I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be puffy like this.
How can fabric be so difficult to manipulate? It's the sharp corners, I'm sure. But it's no fun if it's easy!
