If you "flip" the image of the block horizontally that Gladys posted a link to, it would be the same block except for the corners. It is not clear in either image of that quilt that I have seen how the corners are constructed but I would construct them the way that
LindaOH laid it out to eliminate seams. I also agree that the center is most likely a single printed square (maybe flowery??)
