I looked up this subject for the same reason. I can long arm quilt them with a rented machine, but I am very new. I am hoping for a little more guidance. I want to start making some quilts for donation, and thought fleece would be easier than batting/backing. I understand your comments about stretch, and since putting it on the machine there is pull in all directions, is there guidance on which way to have the least stretch? Meaning, on the rollers or on the tensioning clamps? Thank you for your help. I will keep searching for more information as well.
