If it's a 9-inch throat (and that's what I found when I Googled the setup), then it really is not a midarm. Midarms start at 13".
If you're just starting to frame quilt and the price includes both frame and machine, then it could be worth it. Once you get the hang of it, though, most people who start with a 9" throat quickly realize they want more harp space.
