Okay, back up a little. I think it's great that you want to start a group and advertise BUT start as you mean to go on. Do you really want to be supplying food for X amount of people? Is everyone going to take turns or is this going to be just for the initial meeting and everyone can bring a lunch next time? Does the library allow eating in the building?
