I would offer to teach her to make her own. Then she would understand the cost time and effort it takes. Why are people so dang rude as to think that your time and talent is for sale? I also don't have the time for this. Most people don't realize just what it takes to make even a small quilt.
This person was very rude. I can't believe that she had such nerve. I wouldn't let her have my worst quilt I ever made. I am sorry if this sounds mean. But, I think she is mean not you.
Oh please don't fret over her rudness any more. Misery loves company, but you don't have to fall into that trap.
