My guess is if you only want it for taking to classes or retreats it may be okay. But if it is at TM, then there may be a chance it was refurbished and put up for sale. I was at Big Lots once and saw Dyson vacuums, when I checked further they were refurbished returned units. Didn't buy it - just made me think twice when one sees a "great deal."

If you can take it home, try it out and return it if it doesn't perform to your standards then why not take a shot?
