Lovely quilt... but when I first glanced at the pictures it looked like it was hanging OUTSIDE. One side looks like siding and the quilt on the other side looked like a chain link fence! Whoo, I really needed to get my glasses. When I was first married, almost 40 years ago, they sold a product called Warm Windows that was made for this purpose. It was an insulated lining you sewed like Roman Shades and used your choice of fabric for the interior side. I had one very leaky window on the north side of the house. I think that the house warmed up 5 degrees in the first 10 minutes it was hanging. I was a newly wed California girl living in rural northeast Nebraska... I was freezing. I only did 2 or three windows - it was expensive, but it sure worked.
