We got the idea of "quilt date" from Rachel's VQD she hosts every month here on the QB. My friend, Julie, and I have done this a few times. We have a lot of fun. We even text - "pause Netflix- time for bathroom break or snack" - just like you would if you were in same room. It really is fun for long distant friends.
