Gosh no, I didn't make it in a day! If I could do any decent quilt in a day, everyone in the world would get one.
I'll have to re-read my post to see if I relayed that. It took me a month since I have a real job and all. All those little corners have to match up perfectly, so I tack sewed the 4-patches until they were aligned just right and then sewed them together. The pattern is very easy, execution of it, not so much. She's getting it tomorrow, my brother hasn't seen a picture of it, because he wanted to be surprised what it looks like, although he knows it's coming.
