Make a nine patch with picture centre block. Now cut the outside line oneinch from seam the rotate and do the same
I did this by mistake and I wanted to keep the centre block. You need to cut 2 and then sew back on. Then cut ne5t 2 . You could cut first two then swop with another block or fun..
