Hi Jill...yes, I believe that they still count towards the message limit, because they are still on the QB server. You can download the messages to your computer though. First select all the messages that you'd like to save to your computer by clicking the box to the right of each one you want to move out of your inbox. Then click on the "select messages" link at the bottom of all your messages. Then choose which type of file you'd like to save them as, then click "proceed". "TEXT" would probably be the best choice if you're not computer savvy. You'll be saving them to "My Documents" or your desktop, wherever you choose.
