Oh the joys of being a maturing woman. I tried going without help. Didn't do so well. I finally went back on Estrodiol. (not sure of the speeling) Very low dose of Estrogen. Still get a little hot flash now and then, but the emotional roller coaster is over. Talk to your doctor. He/She can give you some different recommendations. It's worth the visit. Hang in there.
