I made this quilt bag using yardage not fat quarters. I liked this fabric so used it for the lining too. The quilt bag is very big. In the picture I have a queen size quilt in it. The pattern for the bag is here:

You can see how it looks using fat quarters. It was hard understanding how to get the elastic in the casing but a nice poster said put both hands in the opening. That worked much better for me. The fabric is the color of the photo on the right, dark brown and white.
