I was working on B8. After I'd sewn the first center together, I got to thinking... why am I sewing 4 sections together? It doesn't eliminate the Yseams for the outer part. So I just put the center templates together and made a solid template for the star. I love that so much better. [I haven't checked Jane's quilt to see how hers was constructed, though] I think the Yseams came out better without the extra seams.
