I have been doing the dolls quilt swap for over 2 years now and I have kept a record of the dolls quilts I sent and received each month in a display folder. Some of my little DQs are displayed on the wall in my sewing room and I have had displays of them occasionally in the public library and the local community centre but other than that, they are packed neatly away in bag. I find having the record in the display folder allows me to look through them every now and again to refresh where I sent a quilt and where I got one from. How does everyone else keep a record of what little quilts they sent/received?
