Perfect Oven Roast (Beef)
PREHEAT OVEN TO 500 DEGREES.
SEASON ROAST TO YOUR DESIRE. (I use garlic/salt/pepper)
PLACE ROAST IN PAN OR GLASS DISH.
NO FOIL NEEDED OVER YOUR ROAST.
COOK FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES AT 500 DEGREES.
TURN OVEN DOWN TO 200 DEGREE F AT WHICH TIME YOU WILL COOK 20 TO 25 MINUTES PER POUND.
LET STAND FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE CARVING.
