and is this any different than the sellers on ebay (and other sites, etsy etc) who re-sell individual patterns taken from magazines and books, that are just torn out or copied ??? I'm not sure ... but it doesn't seem right to me.
Selling a photocopy is a copyright infringement. However, cutting pages and patterns from books or magazines and selling those pages is NOT a copyright infringement. It is no different than selling a used pattern or book.
