Batik applique and piecing
Just love Batik fabrics, and have finally found how to machine applique to my satisfaction using satin stitch, so thought I would try out a small wall hanging. For the pieced blocks I used paper piecing, another one of my fav methods. Here is the semi finished product and I am reasonabily pleased with the result.
