This is a method that I came up with. It will not work on all quilt patterns. I like to use it on block's that you would like to put a shashing strip on all 4 sides. Piece your block. Cut backing and batting same size as block. Quilt. Doing one row at a time, take 2 blocks and butt them togather real close but no over lapping. Zigzag them togather. Turn the block over doing the back first using seambinding, [I make my own to match the backing] and stitch on each side covering the zigzaz stitches. On the front of the block do the same, covering the stitches from the back so they don't show on the front. When all the rows are done then sew them togather the same way. Then the binding.
