The movie industry consults her a lot when it comes to period films. There was a great CW film a couple of years ago (can't remember the name but as good as it was it didn't be come a block buster) for which she supplied the quilts. I believe the movies you are speaking of is Gods and Generals along with the movie Gettysburg. Even though historically not accurate both movies are very good. They are based on the books by Michael Shaara Killer Angels and Gods and Generals. Also by Sharra was the Last Full Measure. All 3 are must read books for the Civil War buff.
