Hello everyone!
I live in Edinburgh, Scotland, and I've been quilting for about 3 years. My first ever project was a quilt for my brother's wedding present, so I was nothing if not ambitious! The quilt turned out great, although the wedding never happened, but at least he's nice and cosy
I have mostly used jelly rolls and layer cakes so far, but I went to a quilt show yesterday and came home with loads of fat quarters. I'm currently teetering on the edge of making things up for myself, rather than following patterns - does anyone have any suggestions for remaining calm in the face of a mountain of fabric???
