The best advice For sewing on my FW came from my OSMG is to:
1. Hold the threads and put the needle down into the material when you start to sew.
2. When you stop a seam, raise the needle to the highest position before taking out the fabric.
Both of these habits virtually eliminates the thread jamming in the bobbin. I was taught to do this when I first started sewing, but got out of the habit with the new electronic machines. I hope you love your FW as much as I do mine!
