Just a word of caution. All that natural and bright light is awesome, but it's the enemy of your stored fabric. I can't tell you the amount of fabric I've received from estate sales, yard sales etc. that have faded lines throughout from not being protected from the sun. I would put any fabric behind curtains, in a closet or closed storage.
