In order to get the "pattern" you must go to the top of this post and click into Private Messages and find candlequilter ... send her a PM (Private Message) [to candlequilter] and she will contact you with the specifics .....
However, I must point out that the original post was almost 2 years ago, and there were people who seemed to be having problems getting through to Candlequilter, so the block may not be available anymore. Good luck!
