I vote for a white border 1/3 the size of the block. If you wanted to make your colors pop beyond that, then a binding of all the fabrics together. If I did do that binding, I might make the border 1/2 the size of the block. The rule of thumb is that your border width should be able to be divided evenly into your block size.
