BNCanadian - yes, irresponsible, but life does happen when you have kids. I don't know, but once you've spent day after day with little ones, sometimes you lose your ability to by vigilent...a quick trip to the potty, forgetting about that can in the corner...kids can do some damage fast. I'll be the mom could hear them laughing, having a good time, so she wasn't worrying about them. It's silence that's scary with kids...
